The hotel was spotless and modern; it had a small swimming pool and a playground for kids, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel location was excellent as it is 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and La Vallee Village shopping outlet. The hotel also has a Tesla charging station for people traveling using electric cars.

Location - short drive to Disneyland Paris. Small swimming pool but very refreshing after a 27 degree day at Disneyland. Nice Italian restaurant a three minute walk away. they also organised a connecting room as my children were staying in a separate room.

I have been a loyal patron of the Novotel Collégien for the past five years. As an owner of a Tesla, the availability of a supercharger at the hotel is a significant convenience for me. However, what truly distinguishes this establishment from its competitors is the exceptional service provided by its staff, particularly an individual named Lola. Each time I visit the hotel with my family, Lola consistently demonstrates a remarkable ability to make us feel welcome and at home. Her polite and attentive demeanor, combined with her positive attitude, creates an unparalleled guest experience. It is for this reason alone that I have no intention of seeking alternative accommodations. I extend my sincere gratitude to Lola and the entire staff for their outstanding service.

Very good and nice hotel. Location only suitable for travel with own car. Booking breakfast upon arrival proved a good option as children have a discounted rate which we did not see on the internet.

Was quite okay, though most of the staff didn't smile. Difficult to approach them for help, I don't know maybe it's a French thing not to smile..lol Met some few who were quite nice.

The public areas and the rooms of the hotel are all modern & immaculate. Good Aircon in the bedrooms. Kids area in the lobby with a ps4. Service was excellent across the board. Safe and secure parking. Breakfast is well worth paying for and the outdoor pool is great

The courteous and efficient front desk personnel. The meticulous and thorough housekeeping services. The strategic placement of a supercharger within the hotel's parking facilities, catering to the needs of electric vehicle owners. The exceptional quality and variety of the breakfast and food offerings. These aforementioned factors collectively contribute to my consistent patronage of this establishment.

modern clean hotel situated 15 mins from DL by car. staff were great, hotel is well run. free car parking (Tesla chargers on site too) with lots of spaces. Food was really nice and clearly the best rated round the area. after a day of eating fast food as DL is was just what we needed. they do a good kids menu with drink and ice cream for €12. breakfast was 10/10. a good selection of everything (hot and cold) the kids were well catered for too. rooms were clean and made up daily.

I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was surprised. Rooms were in a good condition, super clean and modern. Really sound proofed. Good breakfast. Nothing spectacular, but really good for this price. Close to RER which is going right to the city center and to Disney (you will need 8 min drive by taxi or shattle) but anyway pretty comfortable. Hotel has a pool and kids playground. Highly recommend.

Main purpose of the visit was to go to Disney land..the hotel was close enough (15 min) drive. Also the hotel has enough parking spaces for cars (free of cost) and also facility to charge electric cars.
